From GM the dome light bulbs on 1970-81 Camaro/Firebirds are incandescent, lighting up in a yellowish color. By changing the factory bulb to an LED, you can illuminate the area with a much brighter light and add a pure white (red also available). The installation is 100% plug-and-play, just replace your factory bulb. Includes the SML9 light from Diode Dynamics with a 3 year warranty. In addition to brighter light, led bulbs have less electrical draw and run cooler. Available in cool white or red. Available for all 1970-81 Camaros and Firebirds with the map light pictured (has a round 3" diameter lens cover).
